SMD series mould sweat dehumidifiers are designed to remove the moisture sweat from condensing on the mould surface. Forming of
moisture sweat on the mould surface is due to the use of chilled water for reducing the moulding cycle time, particularly while
moulding of the PET preforms. This series of machine uses honeycomb rotor to carry out dehumidifying function, which generates
a dry airflow with dew point ranging from 0℃ to -10℃, and ensures the surrounding air of mould remaining in a low dew-point temperature. It provides constant low dew-point surrounding air to the mould surface all year round without being influenced by the change of seasons.

SMS series metal detecting separators are highly sensitive and accurate in detecting and separating metal grains, such as steel, iron, copper, aluminium, lead, tin, and so on. Its principle is when metal impurities pass through it, electrical detector can send a signal to control board to start valve to discharge the impurity materials. Pneumatic discharging system takes little space and ensures good performance. It can be installed directly on injection moulding machine or (extruders) hoppers to protect the screw of machine from the damage caused by hard metals. There are three models of the series: SMS-35~70, processing capacity can reach up to 400L/hr~5,000L/hr to meet any specific requirement.

Oil Heaters - STM


STM series oil heaters have both the standard and high temperature models, which are used to heat up the mould and maintain temperature, although they can be used in other similar applications. High temperature oil from the mould is returned to the cooling tank and cooled by indirect cooling. It is then pressurised by the high-pressure pump, sent to the heating tank and finally to the mould with a constant temperature. With our optimised design, It can reach a maximum of 200℃ and the OMRON temperature controller can maintain an accuracy of ±1℃.

'Standard' Heaters STM-E

Firstly, these series adopt different cooling methods to cool down mediums, then mediums are conveyed to the moulds after pressurized by pump and heated up by electrical heated tube. The optimal design renders water be heated up to 120℃ and oil up to 150℃.

The Vertical Transporter of SVT series are used for taking over the products of the robot, enhancing its efficiency and protecting operator’s safety. The vertical stroke can be adjusted according to height of the injection moulding machine and robot.

Ring Blower - RB


When impeller is revolving, the air among impeller will be speedup by running pressure along and bypass blade. After the air being forced to enter outboard cycle, it'll come back to the blade base by pressure gap and be speedup. In a while, the ambient air is running in screw direction to reach increasing pressure effect. When the air worked into exhausting process, the pressure is exceeding system pressure and the gas will be discharged outside.

TB series adopt aluminum ally for casting molding, convenient installation and easy operation. Segregated design for motor and blower body, which can be heat-resistant up to 120℃. They are small size with low noise, and the air inlet flow can be adjustable. NSK brand bearings enjoys long life-span; Turbo blower is suitable for wide range of voltage motor with frequency as 50/60 Hz.

Turbo Pump - TP


With the inertia, Liquid acquires the energies to pressure intensity through the high-speed rotation of impellers. To avoid the cavitation, both pump body and water inlet should be filled with water before starting pump. Due to the inertia effect, the rotating water is forced to flow out as impellers twirl. Once water flows out of pump, vacuum is created at the center of impellers. Then water sources are pressed into water inlet through pipe network under the effect of atmospheric pressure or water pressure and the successive pumping can be realized in such a circulation.
